Yes, you may say, another red and white. No, this is something special.    I have, over the years, grown and maybe shown most of the red and white cultivars raised previously. But a good show cultivar in these colours? It is a difficult  to name one. This is a classic true red and white single that has everything. Similar in looks to 'Impudence' but this cultivar has dark green foliage, is very short jointed and self branching. An upright bush that will, I am sure, excel on the show bench as well as being more than suitable for garden and container work. It is so compact it would be a great challenge to produce a standard, other than maybe a mini. The short scarlet tube supports sepals which fly sufficiently to expose the true single corolla which form a perfect bell of creamy white with red veins. The red anthers, style and stigma all enhance its beauty. Forget showing, this is an excellent cultivar for containers and bedding. It will brighten any dark corner. Named after my eldest granddaughter.
