Lillian Annetts is a true full double basket fuchsia in shades of  white and blue .  It has a short white tube striped pink.   The white sepals are tipped green, and recurve to cover the tube when the flower is fully developed.     The petals of the corolla are blue, fused white and pink which enhances the beauty of the flower.   The flowers are complimented with medium sized foliage.     The flowers are very full and heavy enough to arch the branches making it a perfect specimen for hanging baskets.Lillian has been in the B.F.S. top ten for over six years and currently at number two with it's stable mate Wigan Peer.    I am extremely lucky to have two of my cultivars at number one and two. Lillian Annetts, as an unnamed seedling, was donated to the Heart Foundation, at Ormskirk Hospital, Lancashire.    The opportunity to name this seedling was raffled and was won by Mr. Bob Annetts.    He requested it be named after his wife Lillian. All the money raised from the raffle and sale of plants was donated to the Hospital to help provide care and equipment for patients.
