A medium flowered full double fuchsia of perfect form and shape. The tube and sepals are dark pink with a perfectly formed corolla of dark blue. Royal Air Force colours. The sepals fly sufficiently to show off the corolla. A very vigorous fuchsia which needs to be grown cool. Produces two flowers in each leaf axil and makes a lovely show plant. It is also excellent as a second year plant in a container. If grown well it will produce up to three flowers in each leaf axil. Well shown and has taken many top awards.  Makes an excellent standard. An upright strong grower.   Marcus Hanton was a Royal Air Force Navigator killed during a training flight in a  Phantom FGR2 Jet.   It disappeared from radar whilst flying over the North Sea. Marcus and the Pilot were never found. Named and dedicated to Marcus at the request of his sister Elizabeth for her parents who were keen fuchsia growers.
